I am going to document my experience with each one through a post of some sort; whether it be written, photography, or a video, it will be to capture my day and that specific goal. I suggest you do the same.
Here is the list of challenges:
- A day without Twitter
- A day without Facebook
- A day without Twitter & Facebook
- A day without Tumblr
- A day without Twitter, Facebook, & Tumblr
- A day without texting
- A day without your computer
- Write 10 things you're thankful for, each day
- For a week, write real letters to a different person, each day
- Give two hours of your day to someone else
- Give up your bed for a night
- Give up Starbucks for two weeks
- No personal spending for a week
- Give up sweets for a week
- Give up grains for a week
- Make a nice dinner for your family
- Bake something for a neighbor
As you can see, some of these are to disconnect from the materialistic things of the world, others are for my health.
I will post this list within a tab at the top of this page, so you can see what challenges are there, and what challenges I have completed! Also, I may add some at a later time.
