I forgot to add this...
When we are overcome with questions and doubt, who then shall we seek the answers and explanations from? Man? I don't think so...
The only one who can really tell you what the messages conveyed in the Bible is the Author Himself.
When something like this occurs, and we don't know what to think, shouldn't we go to the Source of the message? And I mean message, not opinion.
The Bible is God's way of communicating with us. Prayer is our way of communicating with God.
Through those two communication devices, we are able to receive answers.
Let us not turn to man to answer a question only God can.
